There is no limit to the number of steps a no-code guide or Flow can have. You can create a guide with 2 steps or 200 steps.
It’s best to create help content that is succinct but covers all the actions necessary to explain a workflow.
Often companies create longer introductory guides which are shown to customer during the onboarding or sales process. And create additional smaller highly focussed guides that show customers how to complete specific tasks.
