How do I add a custom URL for no-code guides?

How to trigger no-code guides using a URL which matches your company.

All Nickelled customers are given a unique Nickelled domain e.g. acme.nickelled.com or companyname.nickelled.com.

Nickelled customers who have the white label add-on are able to add a custom URL of their choice, so that no-code guides can be shared in a more professional way.

To add a custom URL:

  1. Add a CNAME DNS entry to whitelabel.nickelled.com for whatever you'd like the domain to be. e.g. guides.acme.com. You may need to speak with your tech team to do this for you.

  2. Once the DNS has been setup and resolving to our service (which can take up to 24h) you can configure the domain in Nickelled to be the default domain to run the guides on here: https://dashboard.nickelled.com/settings/domains
