The answer to this question depends a lot on your specific circumstances: when/where your guides are being viewed, who's viewing the guides as well as the guide content. As a quick indicative target, you should aim for:
Satisfaction should be around 85%
Completion rate for guides where the user has chosen to view the guide themselves are normally in the 30%-40% range. Sometimes this can be misleading as well since your user may have found what they were looking for early in your guide.
If you see N/A in the satisfaction then we do not have satisfaction data for that guide in this time period.
