Users get the opportunity to leave feedback once they complete the guide. At this point they are able to say if they found the guide useful or not. We then use that information to calculate a satisfaction rating for your guide: 

Satisfaction = (The number of people finding the guide useful / The total number of feedback entries) * 100

where

The total number of feedback = The number of people finding the guide useful + The number of people finding the guide not useful

If there is insufficient data to calculate the guides satisfaction we will default the satisfaction score to 100%.
