Yes you can send a user to a specific part of a guide. We have a couple of parameters to control that

npage = Page to display. It will default to the first step on that page
nstep = Skip to a specific location in the guide.

For example:

https://guides.nickelled.com/fake-example?npage=2
​https://guides.nickelled.com/fake-example?nstep=3
