Normally, Nickelled Interactive Guide not triggering on the page as expected is caused by one of the following issues.

Please ensure you check them all - if you’ve checked and none apply, contact our support team.

1. Guide is not active

Ensure your Interactive Guide is activated and live on your site

2. Trigger settings are preventing your guide from being shown to you

If you’ve set the Interactive Guide to show only once per user and you’ve already triggered once, it won’t show again. Similarly, if you’ve set the Interactive Guide to stop showing once it’s been completed, it won’t show again.

To force the Interactive Guide to show up, use the Preview button from your Nickelled window, which will override any trigger rules that have been set

3. Audience rules are preventing your guide from being shown to you

If your user data doesn’t match the audience rules set for your Interactive Guide, it won’t show.

4. Nickelled is not installed properly
